After Hours Password Reset Support:

The Online Banking password reset line can be used when calling UMassFive after hours, or when we are closed on the weekends and Holidays. Simply press option 3 during these times:

  • Weekdays 5 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Weekends and Holidays 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. (excluding Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon)

This chart shows the browser/operating system combinations that are regularly tested for optimal performance with online banking. Another browser/operating system combinations, such as Firefox on a Mac, may work just fine, but are not regularly tested at this time.

*Please Note: The Safari Browser (any version) for an iPad/iPhone is not listed as one of our supported or recommended browsers. For this reason, we do not recommend enrolling in online banking using Safari on an iPad/iPhone. Please consider enrolling via a computer or using Chrome on an iPad/iPhone as an alternative. Once enrolled, using online banking with Safari on an iPad/iPhone, while not regularly tested for optimal performance at this time, appears to be working just fine.

  • For Bill Pay issues: contact the Bill Pay Member Service team at 844-781-1967 between the hours of Mon - Fri: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Sat: 9:00 a.m. - noon.
  • Bill Pay is supported by the Firefox & Chrome browsers.

Mobile Banking Support

Mobile Deposit:

To perform a Mobile Deposit, you must have a UMassFive checking account and have our Mobile Banking App downloaded.

Once you have confirmed you have these items, please use the following instructions:

  1. Sign your check, and below it, write “Via Mobile Deposit”
  2. Log into your UMassFive Mobile Banking App.
  3. Click ‘Deposit’. Then click ‘Deposit Check’.
  4. Select checking account to deposit check into, and type in the check amount.
  5. Continue to follow the steps to deposit check into your checking account.

Please note that deposits made after 3 pm will be made available by 7:30 pm on the next business day.

Popmoney Support

Some members have reported a 'locked status' in their Popmoney account after submitting a transaction via Popmoney for the first time. It appears on some first-time transactions, Popmoney is not properly recognizing a member's account, and is causing Popmoney access to be locked as a security measure until the account is verified. If this occurs for you, please contact the Credit Union, as we will be able to verify your account with the Popmoney team. Thank you for your patience while we research this issue.

Please note that even if your Popmoney account is locked, you should still have access to online banking, bill pay, and mobile banking.
