Did you know that UMassFive eligibility can be passed on to members of your family and household?
That means your spouse, partner, siblings, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren are all eligible to join UMassFive just because you’re already a member! Even better, since there are so many ways to be eligible to join UMassFive, you can refer just about anyone to enjoy the benefits of membership—so spread the word!
If you know someone who you think could benefit from the great rates and personal service that you receive as a member, remind them to tell our Member Service team that you referred them and you’ll earn 500 Co-op points for the referral.
What are Co-op Points?
Simply put, Co-op Points are UMassFive’s frequent flier program: the more you use our services, the more Points you’ll earn. As a non-profit financial cooperative, we return our profits to our members through our great promotional rates, expanded services, and most directly through the Co-op Points program. A member with Co-op Points can redeem them to do things like: lower a loan’s interest rate, raise the interest rate on a savings account, or waive certain fees.
