Any UMassFive representative can reset your password or you can reset it yourself. For self-service:

1) On the online banking login screen, click the 'Reset Password' link. On the next screen, enter in your User ID and continue to follow prompts.

1) To access eStatements, you must go through and be enrolled in online banking. On your eStatements page, there is a link to click if you have forgotten your password.
