To report a lost or stolen UMassFive Debit Card:
Dial 800.472.3272 anytime and listen to the menu of options. For international calls, call collect 614.564.5101.
You will need to have the following information ready when you make your phone call:
- Date last used
- Purchase amount
- The name of the merchant
If your card is stolen, be sure to also notify your local police.
