Your UMassFive Debit Card can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted, aside from any countries we may have blocked. For international travel, please alert us of your travel plans before you leave. We have fraud detections that notice unusual activity. If we do not know in advance that you and your card are traveling, we may restrict access of use until we can confirm your transactions.

An easy way to let us know of your plans is to send a secure message through Online Banking, or tap on My Cards within our Mobile Banking app for self-serve access to your debit card controls including travel plans!
