Every summer, I listen to my co-workers and friends talking about the delicious meals they’re making from the items they received through their farm shares. A farm share, also known as CSA (Community Sustained Agriculture), is an agreement between individuals or families and farmers. People buy into the farm as members at the start of the growing season (usually fall or winter), and in exchange receive a weekly share of the farm's harvest. In addition to veggies, some farm shares offer meat, eggs, milk, or even flowers. Farm fresh food all season? Sounds good to me!
