Hadley, MA – UMassFive College Federal Credit Union is hosting a Halloween costume drive in its Hadley branch during the month of October. Items collected will be donated to the Amherst Survival Center, where they will be made available for free to our neighbors in need.
"Halloween costumes often do not make the list of essentials in the budget," said Susan Cox, Community Store Coordinator at the Amherst Survival Center. "By collecting new and gently used costumes, UMassFive members are helping to make sure that we have costumes available in our free community store and that all children in our community can participate in Halloween."
UMassFive welcomes new and gently used children’s Halloween costumes, masks, and accessories. Donations will be collected until October 21, 2017, and can be dropped off during business hours to UMassFive’s Hadley branch at 200 Westgate Center Drive.
The UMassFive College Federal Credit Union was established in 1967 and serves the University of Massachusetts as well as the Five College System and over 40 other non-profits, co-ops, and municipalities.
