To perform a Mobile Deposit, you must have a UMassFive checking account, be enrolled in Online Banking, and have our Mobile Banking App downloaded on your phone or device.
- Sign your check, and below the signature write "Via Mobile Deposit."
- Log into your UMassFive Mobile Banking App.
- Tap "Deposit." Then tap "Deposit Check."
- Select the checking account to deposit the check into, and type in the check amount.
- Take pictures of the front and back of the check within the app.
Please note that deposits made after 3pm will be made available by 7:30pm on the next business day.
