To report a lost or stolen UMassFive Credit Card:

In Online Banking - Once logged in, click on your credit card tile to go to your credit card accounts page. Once there, click on the Report Card Lost/Stolen tab under the Services drop down.

By Phone -  Dial 413.256.5500 and select option 6. If out of the country, for international calls, call collect 727.299.2449.

You will need to have the following information ready when you make your phone call:

  • Date last used
  • Purchase amount
  • The name of the merchant

If your card is stolen, be sure to also notify your local police.
