What is your occupation?
I am a customer solutions manager for CET.

Where do you live?
I live in Amherst.

Do you have kids?
Yes! Two kids ages 10 and 12.

Do you have pets?
Yes, we have a cat—he owns everything in the house.

How long have you been a UMassFive College Federal Credit Union member?
It’s only been a few months!

Have you had an especially good experience with UMassFive? Please describe.
I loved working with UMassFive on the Solar Access program—it was incredibly easy and everyone has been super helpful. I also had a great experience on my equity loan.

What do you like best about UMassFive?
The people, by far. Every single person I met has been great. In addition, working with a local credit union is fantastic—I truly feel UMassFive has my family’s best interest in mind.

How was your experience with the Solar Access Program? Please describe.
It was super easy to follow; I was able to do the entire document signing via email and did not need to visit a physical branch. My representative was great at ensuring all of my questions were answered and I got all the information on time. All I needed to do was to open a document, read it, sign it on the computer and that was it.

What is your favorite food?
Sushi; I even learned how to make my own rolls!

What do you do in your free time?
Hiking, photography and dancing. Also love to cook!

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
If I had all the time in the world, I would go to medical school and learn how to save lives.

If you were stranded on a deserted island and could only have three items with you, what would they be?
A very long novel (likely by Thomas Mann), a boat and a compass.
