What is your name? 
Peter Rosskothen.

What is your occupation?
Owner of the Log Cabin, Delaney Hotel & Spa, and Delaney’s Market.

Where do you live? 
South Hadley, Massachusetts.

Are you excited to build your business relationship with UMassFive? 
Of course. We have been very happy with our interactions so far. To me, the focus on local business is key. UMassFive has supported us and every interaction feels like you have a friend reaching out. The passion for our community is evident all the time, therefore we are proud to be associated.

What do you do in your free time? 
I love the water, and enjoy time close to the ocean as often as possible. I also love the mountains; I’m an avid hiker and skier.

What is your favorite food? 
Well-prepared food. I do love to seek out ethnic food—I find it interesting and a change of pace.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
College professor.

If you were stranded on a deserted island and could only have three items with you, what would they be? 
A VHF radio to call for help, water to drink, and beef jerky for protein. Yes, I am practical!
