We're Raising Funds for the 21st UMass Medical School Cancer Walk & Run!
On Sunday, September 22, members of Team UMassFive will once again meet at our Worcester Branch to participate in the annual UMass Cancer Walk & Run at the UMass Medical School. Year after year our staff are deeply invested in this cause and event, and we are proud to be the first-ever winners of the Business Fundraising Challenge Award for our efforts in 2018.
Our staff boutique shop “Crafting for a Cure” will be opening for its third year at our Hadley Branch from August 23 through September 20. All are welcome to stop in during branch hours and shop unique handmade items crafted by our staff in support of this cause.
For those interested in contributing a simple cash donation: All of our branches will be displaying donation tubes or boots through the month of September to “Give Cancer the Boot!”. All donations directly benefit cancer research.
