Katie Lawton

was nominated and selected by her co-workers to be this edition's SMART employee for the Second Quarter of 2020.

SMART is the Credit Union’s quality service motto. It stands for “Sharp, Motivated, Aware, Responsible, Team-Player.”

Katie has been with us in the Contact Center since March 2016, and has been doing a stellar job in the Lead Contact Center Representative position since September 2017. With significantly increased volume in Contact Center business due to the pandemic, and with her primary manager recently going on maternity leave, Katie has truly stepped up to keep everything running smoothly.
