Getting to the Branch

Upon entering Building 1, make your way to the basement and follow the signs to the Credit Union. Our branch is located down the hall from the cafeteria and across the hall from Audiology.

Getting to the Branch

Upon entering the Rehabilitation Building, head up the ramp and use the right door. From there, continue to the right down the hallway until you see the Credit Union sign on your right.

Reminder: Our Springfield Branch is open to all UMassFive members, and not just Mercy Medical Center employees.

Getting to the Branch

As parking is limited, we have provided parking spaces for members only. Each space is clearly marked with a sign “Credit Union Business Only.” with a maximum time of 30 minutes.

These spaces can be accessed from either Plantation Street or Lake Avenue by entering North Street and then Fourth Street. There are two signs at the entrance of Fourth Street. The first one says Ambulance Entrance and the second one says Authorized Access Only.  Please ignore these signs and proceed to the designated parking spaces on your left. Please keep in mind this is an ambulance entrance and the road cannot be blocked. We need to keep this for Credit Union Business Only. If all spaces are occupied, please do not park on the road, there is plenty of parking at the South Street Garage.

Enter the clinical doors on your right, the Credit Union is located directly on your right as you enter the doors.
