Scholarship Winner Announced
We are excited to announce that high school senior Aiko Lozar was awarded a $2,000 scholarship on behalf of the Credit Union by the Pioneer Valley Chapter of Credit Union’s annual Scholarship Program. Scholarships are awarded to applicants based on academic achievements, community involvement, and a written essay. Living with her family of UMassFive members, Aiko Lozar is a high school senior from Carlsbad, CA. Aiko’s impressive application included the highest academic achievements of all applicants, as well as diverse and interesting extracurricular activities such as being a member of the robotics team, physics tutoring, play writing/directing/producing, videography, and Kung-Fu. Aiko will attend California’s Chapman University in the fall, where she intends on majoring in Film Production with a minor in Business Administration.
