Pauline

Pauline began her career at our Northampton branch as a part-time Receptionist. She then transitioned into the role of Branch Concierge, until the Contact Center was lucky enough to acquire her as a Representative in 2017.

Here's what Pauline's coworkers had to say about her:

Pauline’s friendly, helping spirit comes through loud and clear. Her lovely attitude with members and coworkers alike makes her a pleasure to work with—her unfaltering optimism has a positive influence on everyone around her. She handles every call with friendly courtesy and commonly goes the extra mile for callers and coworkers alike. Pauline is definitely a team player in every sense who truly appreciates everyone’s role and is respectful of all. She adds her own personal flare to all communications with members and team members. Pauline is the definition of UMassFive’s Mission Statement.

Sam

In contrast to Pauline's almost 14-year tenure, Sam Einzig has been with us for only six months, but has made quite an impact in that short time. Hired through another UMassFive employee’s referral, he is currently a Member Service Specialist in the Mercy Branch, though he is always happy to help out wherever needed.

Here's what Sam's coworkers had to say about him:

Sam is very enthusiastic about his position, and he goes out of his way to learn more about his job. He is always searching for more ways to help members, including learning Spanish and improving his communication skills. Sam is consistently willing to offer valuable insight into interactions with members, and actively reaches out with new ideas and solutions. Sam is a fast learner and has consistently demonstrated a desire to help the Credit Union and our members even beyond the duties of his position!

Congratulations to Pauline and Sam!
