Please be aware that eStatements access within Online Banking is currently experiencing system issues. We are engaged with our eStatements provider, who is actively working to restore access, but currently have no estimated time for complete resolution of the problem. To open an additional savings or checking account, you need* a valid government issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, green card).

Courtesy Pay is often granted to members with checking accounts in good standing after 60 days of activity. Courtesy Pay allows the checking account to be drawn negative up to a specific limit. A fee is assessed for each Courtesy Pay transaction.

If you are looking for a check that may have cleared recently (including from a Mobile Deposit), you can log into Online Banking and review your transaction history. Any check numbers which appear in blue can be clicked on to view an image of the check. If you need to go back further in your account

You can re-order checks by logging into Online Banking, selecting your checking account, and to the right hand side of the screen there will be a hyperlink that states ‘more options’ – from this drop down you may select ‘order checks’.


You can activate your debit card once received by mail by calling the number that comes with the card. You will also set up your personal identification number (PIN) when you call.
