Timeline and Things to Consider Leading Up to Our Upgrade

Timeline of upgrade, details below.

Leading up to Upgrade

We recommend planning your banking needs ahead by making any necessary deposits, withdrawals, or transfers before or during our business hours on Saturday, October 31.

During Upgrade

All Branches will be closed for the duration of the upgrade. You should also be prepared for potential downtime with our systems and cards. Specific information will be provided later in September and October once all details are finalized.

  • Saturday, October 31
    We will be open for normal Saturday business hours for your banking needs ahead of the upgrade. However, please note that Online and Mobile Banking, and eStatements, will be unavailable beginning in the evening, through at least the morning of Tuesday, November 3.
  • Sunday, November 1
    Closed as usual, while we begin the upgrade.
  • Monday, November 2
    Closed for business while upgrading our systems.
  • Tuesday, November 3
    Closed for business while upgrading our systems.
  • Wednesday, November 4
    Expected to be open and ready to provide even better service!

Some Changes You Can Expect To See

Our online Loan Application Portal is being streamlined for a more user-friendly, and mobile enhanced experience. Our online eStatements platform is being upgraded to support mobile viewing, and both our eStatements and regular paper account statements are getting an updated look.
