Theo began his UMassFive career just over seven years ago in March 2014 as a Member Service Specialist in the Northampton Branch. He moved over to the Information Technology department as an Enterprise Support Technician I in 2015, and is now a Senior Enterprise Support Technician, providing his friendly assistance with almost everything IT.
SMART is the Credit Union’s quality service motto. It stands for “Sharp, Motivated, Aware, Responsible, Team-Player.”
