UMassFive College Federal Credit Union (UMassFive) is pleased to announce the promotion of two employees that occurred in February 2020.
Gina Maroni has been promoted to Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer. She has taken on the responsibility of financial oversight, strategizing, and budgeting for the Credit Union. Maroni previously served as UMassFive’s AVP of Finance & Controller for 18 months. Prior to joining UMassFive, she was the SVP of Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Athol Credit Union in Athol, Massachusetts. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nick and son Luca, particularly camping in the summer and attending ice hockey games in the winter.
Alexis Miarecki has been promoted to Manager of Marketing. Transitioning from her former role as Graphic Designer, Alexis is now responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department including oversight of the marketing team, creative direction, and developing and executing all marketing and promotional plans for UMassFive in collaboration with the Vice President of Marketing. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys hiking and participating in athletic events like road and obstacle races.
