A quick, safe, convenient, and eco-friendly way to receive your monthly or quarterly statement. Beyond your regular credit union statements, you can also opt for electronic delivery of mortgage, credit card, and Financial Investment Services statements.
To enroll and view your statement electronically, you must be enrolled in EZbank online banking. In EZbank online banking, click on your savings, checking, or loan account tile and then click on Statements to enroll in or view eStatements. Please note you will only be able to view electronic statements for the accounts in which your EZbank User ID is linked.
Do you ever need a branch when you are traveling or away from home? By being a member of UMassFive, you have access to the teller services of over 5,000 credit union branches nationwide through the CO-OP Shared Branching Network.
